Processor is the L138.

In your links also the write speeds not reach 30 MB/s to SDXC UHS-I class SD cards.

Anyone know a DSP with SDXC interface for the UHS-I class SD cards?

Correct, if UHS-I implies support for 100 MHz clock and 50 Mbytes/sec, this is not supported by the OMAPL1x family (max clock is 50 MHz).

I will ping other product groups to see if the newer DM8x ARM+DSP device family support SDXC rates and protocols. However it might be better to also connect with your local field team on exact SoC requirements so the suggestions are more suited to your target application and price point etc.
