Hi, I want to flash my LCDK6748 (NAND).I follow the step following:

everytime when I use Tera Term ,set the baud rate to 115200 and turn ON the EVM, I never got the BOOTME,but as follow:

of course I changed the BOOTMODE the switch2 and 4 are ON and Others are OFF. It's the UART2 MODE.

So of course I can not erase the NAND when I use the commond:

sfh_OMAP-L138.exe -erase -targetType C6748_LCDK -flashType NAND -p <COM_Port_Number>

the result is as follow:

when I reset ,nothing happened. Do you know the problem?

Hi Xu Jiang,

If "BOOTME" is not received, flashing cannot be proceeded. Your Boot switch settings seems to be correct.

Please make sure the serial port settings as follows.

Data: 8bit; Parity:none, stop:1 bit;Flowcontrol:None; Port:<appropriate to your host PC> (i.e.,COM3/COM4; USB serial port, i.e, UART-USB)

Hi,what you said I have all checked,there are no problems.I found that every time when I use command :

sfh_OMAP-L138.exe -targettype C6748_LCDK -flashtype NAND -p COMx -erase

and power on ,the result is as follow:

I really have no way......

I'm sorry, but I don't think they suitable for my situation. right now I even can not get the BOOTME in the Tera Term. Every set is correct. If I can not get the BOOTME hoe can I burn the DSP......

can you tell me the detail of following steps?

CCS Method

Connect to the ARM or DSP with the GEL file loaded, which will auto-initialize the DDR
Open (CCS3) or import (CCS4, CCS5) the NANDWriter_ARM or NANDWriter_DSP project
Modify the #define "NANDWIDTH_8" to "#define NANDWIDTH_16" in nandwriter.c
Rebuild and run the code

after I run the code, how can I flash the app.out into NAND?

Please convert app.out file as bootable image then load flash it in NAND.
