The Spectrum Digital XDS200 supports CCS 5.x.  I hope, you are using CCSv5. But verify the suffix version also.

If you are running CCSv5.3.0 or later then all required software is present.
If you are running CCSv5.2.x then you need to install the latest emulation update via the update manager in CCS.

We upgraded to CCS v5.3 and emulation package 5.1.275.0. Now the C6713 appears in the list, but we always get an error (#2084) when trying to start a debug session. We've found a post related to this problem. Is there any fix?

Hi Daniel,

According to TIs Wiki it is not supported:

• The XDS200 supports our Stellaris, C2000, Hercules, Sitara, C66xx, C64x+, C674x, C55xx, C54xx, DaVinci and OMAP. It does not support MSP430 or older families like C62xx, C670x, C671x, C672x, C641x.

It's a shame that TI doesn't offer affordable solutions for the older processors (I'm using a C6726B myself)!
