DDR3 sourcing is so difficult.  We'd like to know if the following Micron DDR3 with different speeds is workable with am3354 ?

Micron 4Gb MT41J512M8RH-107 data rate is 1.8 G
Micron 4Gb MT41J512M8RH-093 data rate is 2.1G
Micron 4Gb MT41J512M8RH-125 data rate is 1.6 G
Micron 4Gb MT41J512M8RH-133 data rate is 1.3 G
