SMSC95xx with ti8148

I see that this USB SMSC95xx is not enabled by default and should be manually enabled:

ti-ezsdk_dm814x-evm_5_05_02_00/board-support/linux-2.6.37-psp04.04.00.01/arch/arm/configs/ti8148_evm_defconfig:# CONFIG_USB_NET_SMSC95XX is not set

Hi pavel,

I have already enables it with menuconfig but still it is not been detected.     

The chip is connected to USB1.

Do i need to do any pin muxing for it as i think usb1 will by default be muxed with evm psp kernel.

In which Host mode you are trying to use the USB ethernet: Mass Storage, HID, Audio, Video, CDC-Host?

The CDC-Host looks like the correct option. Are you aligned with the below wiki?

Make sure that USB is enabled in host mode and jumper on the board (USB_ID pin) is set to host:

i have done every thing s per your suggestion but still it is not been detecting.

for your reference, i am attaching the schematic of our custom board for it. please let me know if i am doing anything wrong in schematic or what needs to be change in code as per schematic.
