PRU-ICSS Ethernet lwip

We would like to use the Sitara with both of the following configurations.

Config A)

EtherCAT Slave on the PRU-ICSS ports, EtherCAT Master on the CPSW port.

Config B)

Standard Ethernet with lwip on one of the PRU-ICSS ports, EtherCAT Master on the CPSW port.

I couldn't find clear information if standard Ethernet is supported on the PRU-ICSS. Is this possible? Is there an example for this?

As you can see in the above mentioned post, yes standard ethernet is supported on PRU-ICSS. But the example we provide uses NDK as the TCP/IP stack, not lwip.
