Hi,
Let me ask a question about the development environment for C6655.
Question:
Can I use CCSv6 with C6657 MCSDK ? Or do you have any recommendation for that ?
As for C6657 MCSDK, please take a look at the following resource:
http://downloads.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/bios_mcsdk/latest/exports/bios_mcsdk_releasenotes_02_01_02.pdf
Background:
I'm assuming to re-use C6657's MCDSK as a basic development environment/tool for C6655. I believe C6655 is almost identical device with C6657.
Of course, some differences are present such as, the number of core, supported peripheral, the size of memory, etc.. but the following thread is saying that it can be applicable to C6655.
http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/c6000_multi-core_dsps/f/639/t/329463
Now I'm wondering what version of CCS should be used to develop because....
In the C6657's MCDSK release note (the above resource), using CCSv5.2.1.00018 is recommended, but that version does not support C6655 target configuration officially. So, I (actually, my customer) need to use later version of CCS, such as CCSv6.

The above thread is saying CCSv5.4 or later version of CCS can support C6655 target configuration. I don't want to have compatibility break in MCSDK by using not-recommended CCS. If you have a recommendation about version of CCS for C6655 with C6657 MCSDK, please let me know.
Best Regards,
