DM8148 USB1 report over-current change on port and cann't work

I use dm8148 usb0 and usb1 in host mode,while usb0 work well, usb1 cann't scan new pluged devices.

In the dmesg, I find "hub 2-0:1.0: over-current change on port 1"s USB1 over-current? But I usb self power for vbus.

What can be the reason?

Is this DM814x TI EVM or custom board? Do you have the below patch in your code base?

We use custom board.The patch have been aplied.So I don't think this is the reason.
