Hi,
I want to connect a 1GByte LPDDR to AM3517 processor. Selected LPDDR configuration is 32 Meg x 16 x 4 Banks x 4 that is x16-bit , 4-die stacking. Can I use this DDR device with AM3517 as there are two chip selects available?
Thanks,
Usha

Hi Usha,
The LPDDR design requirements can be seen in the AM35X Datasheet, Rev. F, section 6.4.2.1. Can you post the memory part number and datasheet?
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
LPDDR part selected is MT46H256M32L4 from Micron.
Thanks,
Usha
This is a 4-die memory chip and the AM35X EMIF will not support it as the maximum load for the address/control lines will be exceeded (2 devices maximum load allowed).
