Hi,

C6748 a errata In Zone-E of Figure 5 of Advisory 2.3.18.
It's mentioned with Potential delay between supply ramps (not required).
However, Zone-E doesn't reappear in about 4 ms by a report from a customer, but I reappear in about 2 ms.
I want you to prove that mentioning of a errata isn't wrong about this phenomenon.

Hello Ats,

Could you please share the power sequence waveform from the customer ?

The zone C and E may not required since the 1.2V and 1.8V rail have reached its nominal value before this zone starts. The main requirement is to switch a supply rail after the previous rail get its nominal value.

The first waveform in the attachment is absolutely fine. But what is the test cases carried out for the other waveforms ?

The document is in Chinese language that i am not understand. Could you please explain on this ?

I'm Sorry.
First is the waveform of the time of normal.
The second is a waveform 3.3v rises ahead.
The third and fourth is the waveform at the time of abnormality.

Thanks for the details. The second waveform does not meet the requirement. How the customer is enabling 3.3V in their board ?

Have the customer tried the workarounds given in the errata advisory to come out of this abnormality?

From the customer, and I heard that to measure the workarounds of errata.
The customer, if you are using the TPS62110, it has a circuit diagram of the attached connection.
3.3v is on the rise in influence of 1.8v_PG of TPS62110.
If the 3.3V is rise ahead, do you become a phenomenon of errata Advisory 2.3.18?

The fifth is expansion of 1.8v_PG.
The sixth is expansion of 1.2v_PG.

Hello Ats,

If possible, please share the power section schematics of your design ?

The 3.3V rise does not seems to relate errata Advisory 2.3.18. The advisory talks about DVDD18 pulled up by the DVDD3318 rail.

Are you seeing this 3.3V rise on your board right now ? Then how did you capture the other waveforms (correct sequence) ?
