more than one year I work on TMDXEVM8148, and for now I learn the basic stuff about this evaluation module. I passed user guide and then I try to do some usefull examples on evm. I connect on evm over CCSv5 (Code Composer Studio) and that is working fine if I want to run and compile just simple code (like mathematical operations and functions), but I want something different, like filtering picture etc. So, I try to work with OpenCV, compile some examples and try to run it. I did such examples succesfully using OpenCV on ARM, but I want to do the same examples using DSP. My problem is compiling on DSP.
So I would be so happy if someone have some time to help me solving the problem with compiling on DSP or finding some other examples that will work on ARM and DSP. I need just a simple example why this evm is better than Matlab or other software or processor.
