If yes - please show me where is description of die marking with speed-grade in documents?

Please give me know about speed-grade.

I am not sure I understand your request. Can you double check datasheet, section 10.1. There is info about "device speed range".

For example, if your chip is marked with TMS320DM8168CCYG label, your speed is:

- up to 930MHz for ARM, 750MHz for DSP, 500MHz for HDVICP2, 1600MTps for DDR3, etc

If your chip is marked with TMS320DM8168CCYG4 label, your speed is:

- up to 1200MHz for ARM, 1000MHz for DSP, 630MHz for HDVICP2, 1600MTps for DDR3, etc

If this is not what you are looking for, can you clarify what speed values you need to know?

Yes, the question is in die marking. But!!! Could you please check what is the number on top right courner of CPU? I think what it is speed-grade on die. We got CPU from our supplier and he tell what the speed grade is maximum...."4", but the name of CPU is TMS320DM8168CCYGH, and "4" is on top right corner. We also have PCB with TMS320DM8168CCYG and "2" on top right corner - I think it means "2" speed grade.
Another words: the part number from datasheet - is just of ordering, but marking on the die is a little different.
Please detail this moment!

I agree, it is not clear. You can submit documentation feedback from the "Submit Documentation Feedback" button, available on the left bottom corner of every page of the silicon errata.
