Hello TI hardware team :
we are using am335x with ddr2 ,uboot spl 2013.01.01
Our product meet the problem .
It can not start up the uboot and linux about 10 in 100 PCBs.It is huge amount.
The uboot spl only print one sentence on serail line " U-Boot SPL 2013.01.01"
,other 90% product behave normal ,the uboot and linux system run successfully.
We use TPS650250 to provide all the power to am3352 such as 1.26v to core and 1.35v to ddr.
We provide input power 5V to TPS650250 directly.
We found that from 4.7v to 5.3 v the bad PCBs can not start ,
but when input is 4.4v to 4.6v and higher than 5.3v about5.4v 5.5 ,the uboot spl on the bad PCBs startup correctly ,and product function is fine.
The normal input power to our product is 5V .
Can you give some advice to us ?
It is big problem to our company.Our project which intend to use am335x is paused because of this problem,
