C674x McASP transfer in Burst mode

I want to know how to use McASP in Burst mode. Is each or combination in following functions supported in Burst mode?

- DMA transfer with event trigger

- Audio FIFO (AFIFO)

- Transfer over multiple serializer data pins

I am implementing the connection between two McASP ports. Refer to: e2e.ti.com/.../538979

HAve you checked the audio example using MCASP provide in MCSDK 1.1. This uses MCASP in Burst mode with DMA transfer with event trigger.

The MCASP configuration has been described here:

I checked the source code of audio example and McASP driver in MCSDK 1.1. It uses MCASP in Burst mode with DMA transfer with event trigger through Audio FIFO (AFIFO) but does not use the multiple serializer data pins.

Conversely, an example of FIFO configuration using the multiple serializers is described here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM1x_Multichannel_Audio_Serial_Port_(McASP)_Throughput_and_Optimization_Techniques

I guess that MCASP in Burst mode cannot use only the multiple slots.

I will try the Burst mode transfer by using EVM.
