[J6/J6E] DDR tuning can not pass chamber test environment

Hi, 

        We have a new DDR chip mount on J6 and J6E custom board, but  both J6/J6E can not pass memtester verification in chamber ( -40 ~ 70  degree ) test environment.

 

J6E:

        We get a ddr parameter by ddr software leveling tool  (CCS 6.0)  in  -40  degree and come out a bootloader image.

And use this bootloader to boot up our J6E board and run memtester command in chamber environment ( -40 ~ 70 degree )  but always failed.

        And then do this process again with a ddr parameter of room temperate but it still failed.

 

J6:

        Because j6 support ddr auto tuning ,  we bootup J6 in -40  degree and  run memtester in chamber ( -40 ~ 70  degree )  but fail around 70 degree.

 

 

        Our questions are

  1. Is there a better  method to tune the DDR parameter ?
  2. Could we put the ddr software autotune function in the bootloader for j6e ?
