RTOS/TMS320C6678: What function is the bottom NDK block in this diagram?

Hi,

When I read NDK description, the bottom NDK (inside the red line) block is a bit confusing to me. I've read the top NDK relevant description. Could you explain it to me?

Hi,

You can see that NDK has dot lines connecting to information.c and ndkbenchmarking.c source code, the former create the information web page, the latter benchmarks the TCP/UDP throughput.
