TMS320C6678: C6678 IBIS-AMI Error

Hi Champs,

My customer got an error below when he tried loading the C6678 SGMII IBIS-AMI model into HyperLynx.
So, could you please let me know what the problem is?

    Unable to load Tx IBIS-AMI model:
    libdraco_40nm_tx.dll

    The specified DLL depends upon some other DLL.
    That other DLL could not be found.

J-breeze,

Are you using the instructions from the User Guide at www.ti.com/lit/an/sprabw3/sprabw3.pdf. This applies to both PCIe and SGMII for the C6678.

Secondly, are you running this on a 32-bit Windows machine? Are you able to get other IBIS-AMI simulations to run?

I'm sorry for my late response.
The customer resolved the error because of MATLAB Compiler Runtime Installation.
