Hi,

Couple of suggestions:
1. Use the prebuilt binary and check if it working.
2. Have you tried erasing the flash and then program it ?

thank you for your answer very much.i have erase the flash also use the sfh-dm36x.exe through the uart .i wonder if it was a hardware problem or not.

Hi,

I don't yet doubt the hardware, since as you can see few communication between DM36x and windows machine is happening successfully. Can you share the full command you give ?

Also try changing UBL with different(lower) CPU and DDR clock, instead of 432 and 216.

sfh_dm36x.exe -nandflash ubl.bin uboot.bin
i tried to erase the flash again just now .i found i can't erase the flash correctly and it also stop at one line .that was "done received .command was accepted"can you give me some suggestions about erase the flash?thank you very much.

Hi.

As I said can you use prebuilt ubl.bin and uboot.bin and check ?

some issue with the binaries being used, is what I feel to be the issue.

my erase flash result is like this .e2e.ti.com/.../589316
and i use the same ubl and uboot files and one evm is OK,but our evm is not work.their schematic diagrams are the same .5555555~~~~~~T T

Hi,

Are both EVMS same ? Both are DM368.

Have you made the boot switch to be same in both boards ?

we copy the evm according that schematic diagrams.but i cant burn the ubl and uboot to our evm. TT .please help me

Hi,

I am not getting ? Is the Board that fails is an EVM ? Or custom Board that is a copy of the EVM ?
