AM3352: PMIC_POWER_EN issue

Hello, AM335x PMIC_POWER_EN can not  outputted High-level sometimes。

I saw "RTC_PWRONRSTn should be asserted for at least 1 ms to provide enough time for the internal RTC LDO output to
reach a valid level before RTC reset is released.".

My original circuit has not this 1ms delay, but I added  a 0.1uf  Decoupling Cap to VSS  for RTC_PWRONRSTn, the problem is still (The VDDS_RTC is 1.8V.),  What's the reason for that?

CAP_VDD_RTC connect 1uF Decoupling Cap to VSS

RTC_KALDO_EN  connect 10K resistor to VSS

PWRHOLD signal of TPS65910 connect  AM3352 PMIC_PWR_EN.

I do not use AM3352 On-chip RTC , use internal RTC LDO.
