This is on our radar. The information requested is not standard information. The archives on this are being pulled but some files have tooling issues. The original owner of this information is no longer with TI.

Hi Michael

Solder Mask Opening: 450 um

Substrate Pad size: 550 um +/- 30 um (tolerance)

You will see some of this captured in table 2 in the application note

This is referred in the device datasheet.

The table mentions 0.52 mm, which is 550 um - 30 um (for min size guidance) - it took us time internally to understand the discrepancy.
