I have the AM335x RNG working and for certification I need to locate documentation on the TRNG or a description of the source of uncertainty in the hardware random number generator.
I've looked through the datasheet, TRM and many other documents in the Sitara Technical Documents section and did not find this information. Here on the forum, Matthijs van Duin had inferred considerable information while using the RNG but without documentation to confirm or reference.

Please let me know how this information can be disclosed for the AM335x RNG.

・Circuit (block) diagram and/or statistical model for the RNG
・Description of RNG seed (i.e. size, where used in the RNG)
・Source(s) of uncertainty (i.e. free running oscillator(s), clock drift, thermal noise, latency, interrupts, etc.)
・Expected min-entropy and justification
