Which are the u-boot commands to write SPL, u-boot, zImage and ubifs into eMMC?

I want to flash eMMC from TFTP. We are using latest sdk.

We want to use eMMC+EMAC boot mode. So, one special u-boot should program eMMC first time and then board should boot from eMMC.
