We used SODIMM to design DDR3 with 66AK2E05.
After checking spec sprabi1b , we cannot find the max./min.length of DDR3 signal.
1. Could you help to recommend min/max length for DDR3 signals from 66AK2E05 to SODIMM ?
2. Besides, do we need to consider package length inside chip for DDR3 matching rule?
