We have just assembled 200 more DM6446 boards for test productioin, but unfortunately, a lot of boards can't boot up, which means , after power up, there is no BOOTME coming out of the UART0.
The Power is OK(1.2V, 1.8V & 3.3V), power sequence is followed by the datasheet, 1.8V Reset is released after Power is steady, and TRST# signal is pulled-down.
One clue we found is that, boards could boot have 1.8V level ouput from UART0_TX pin, but ones can't boot have 500mv output level.
Has anyone has some experience on this booting problem? It is highly appreciated if there is any help or suggestions. Thanks a lot.
