Hi Nancy,

The first thing that comes to my mind when reading the description is a hw problem, because of the following statement:
"There are six DSP boards and five out of which function normally. However, one of them failed after it was power on for some time while its DSP test was normal."

Have they checked their schematic well? Is it possible to inspect the layout... maybe it is issue in manufacturing.

Also can you elaborate what is the test they run? Or is the board failing when it is just active (not performing any computation) for some time?

Hi Yordan,

Here is one point I want correct it for you.The customer did test on it and after certain time, this DSP failed. And i've asked the customer to follow this case.
