RTOS/AM3359: ARM frequency

Hi TI,

beaglebone black, processor SDK RTOS 4.2.0.9, ccs 7.4

I have imported several example projects from TI-RTOS, and happened to notice the .cfg files configure CPU frequency @ 550MHz, comparing to 1GHz of the bbb device.

I modify the frequency to 1GHz, then the error message during run&debug :

No source available for "do_AngelSWI(int, void *) [/opt/ti/RTOS/pdk_am335x_1_0_9/packages/MyExampleProjects/USB_HostMsc_evmAM335x_armExampleProject/Debug/USB_HostMsc_evmAM335x_armExampleProject.out] at 0x80020248"

Which GEL file are you using? it seems that using the wrong gel can cause this error e2e.ti.com/.../607141

Michael,
You can change the path to a GEL at C:\ti\ccsv6\ccs_base\emulation\boards\ice_am3359\gel\TMDXICE3359.gel by clicking the "browse" button at the initialization script section of CPU properties in your above screenshot.

Once saved, the core connect will execute this GEL by default.

Hi Lali,

The TMDXICE3359.gel hangs the beaglebone black during debug/download/program.

There is another post suggesting to change the beagleboneblack.gel to ARM_OPPNitro_Config() instead of ARM_OPP100_Config(). However, it requires VDD_MPU @ 1.325v.

Please advise how to setup VDD_MPU to 1.325v by TI-RTOS api. Thanks in advance.
