Linux/TMDXEVM8148: ????? At boot prompt Boot ROM error codes

Part Number: TMDXEVM8148

Tool/software: Linux

What does ??? mean at the boot prompt.   Have programed u-boot.min into SPI flash and am attemtping to boot. 

Are there a list of ROM codes?
