I have a rev A6 version of the c6748 LCDK.  The schematic for this board

Can the C6748 LCDK really drive headphones or speakers?

This is mentioned in the McASP FAQ for OMAPL13x/C674x devices. However, the schematic diagram shows the board's audio outputs to be connected to the LEFT_LO+ (p-29) and RIGHT_LO+ (p31) respectively of the AIC3106 codec device. According to the specification for this device (SLAS509F) the recommended load for these line outputs is 10 kohm.
