AM5728: DDR memory frequency

Hello I work on a application using AM5728 Sitara processor and it is desired to use only one DDR3L 2Gb (128M x 16) chip IS43TR16128CL-125KBL-TR specified at 800MHz CLK in datasheet.

In one thread I found the AM57x EMIF Tools for initialization. However I got stuck on the DDR CLK freqvency which is in the tool is max (*also in table 5-5 and in Table 8-4) 533MHz.

Available with 533MHz Clock I can only find DDR2 chips. Is the ISSi part ok to use with EMIF 1?

DDR3 design guidelines are given in section 8.2 of the AM572x Datasheet SR2.0 Rev. D. Check Table 8-4 for memory requirements.

Hello,
I checked these requirements and there are a few parts that can operate at 533MHz DDR3 clock . I saw a different post were it was detailed that a Micron part MT41K256M16HA-125 with DDR CLK at 800MHz.
I need to be sore that IS43TR16128CL-125KBL-TR can work with the AM5728.

If your DDR clock rate is 400MHz you can use DDR3-800 speed grade memories. If you want to use DDR clock rate up to 533MHz you must use at least DDR3-1066 up to DDR3-1600 speed grades. Your memory seems to be DDR3-800, so you will be able to use it only at 400MHz DDR clock rate.

Thank you I didn't considered the 1600 MT/s type. And with a different part nr that I found : IS43TR16128CL-125KBLI :
1600MT/s 11-11-11 IS43TR16128CL-125KBLI 96-ball BGA,Lead-free
These should work on 533MHz Clok.
