Hi Team,

We have a customer designing surround view + automatic(autonomous) parking system for car manufacturers.

In their existing products they use i.mx6q for surround view and renesas MCU + 12 ultrasonic sensors for assisted semi-auto parking.

Customer would like to upgrade their product featuring surround view + automatic parking. Here are some questions they need to figure out:

1. For this application, which part  No. is the hero product? I've suggested TDA2EG and TDA2P-ACD to customer.

In their design, they have 4 MIPI CSI cameras, so do they need an Soc supporting MIPI 4DL / MIPI 6DL in order to connect 4 cameras? I'm not sure what the 'DL' in  ‘MIPI 4DL’  means.

2. In the existing solution on market today, is the solution TI sulotion? which EVK should be used to implement surround view + automatic parking?

3. Can TI solution pass ISO26262 ASIL-B level safety standard?

4. Is there reference price for TDA2EG and TDA2P-ACD  or whatever the part No. you suggest?
