Could you please elaborate a little bit more on what exactly are you looking for? Are you looking for some DDR part numbers that you can interface with TDA2? TDA2 DDR interface is compliant with JEDEC specifications, so you can interface it with *any* DDR devices that are JEDEC compliant. The total density and number of DDR devices that can connected to TDA2 is specified in the device data manual.
