Hi,
Boot EEROM is one of the boot sources for TDA4VM.
1. Is there any requirement for the EEPROM specification?
2. Is there AVL of the boot EEPROM which is verified by TI?
Best Regards,
Alex
AVL stands for Available Vendor List. It is a list of qualified/verified vendor list.
In this case, I would like to know the qualified part numbers for boot EEPROM.
I expect they will be more compatible with TDA4VM. Thanks!
Alex,
We don't have an AVL. We can say that the one tested on the EVM works. Considering the interface is based on I2C which is a standard (and slow) interface, any part with a similar spec should be fine.

Kyle
