EVMK2HX: SOC power failure error

I fallowed the instruction downloading the python tool and verifying I had the correct version. The python tool failed on 2 of the three script/txt files. I verified the PCB version is 4.0

Be sure to use these instructions explicitly. The Wiki page was updated to make it point directly to the proper files. (Different tabs on the Advantech web pages contain older file versions that will not yield success.)
