HI,

How can i search AM335X StarterWare's list of supported NAND Devices?

Because i replace MT29F2G16ABAFAWP with MT29F8G16ABACA,I use jtag to program the bootloader.

The utility occurs: The NAND Flash is ONFI compatible

ERROR:NAND Initialization failed.

I am a beginner.I am not sure what's wrong.

Please check out table 29-14 on page 5044 of www.ti.com/.../spruh73p.pdf for supported NAND flash devices. I can't say for sure that MT29F8G16ABACA is suppeorted, so please check.

Also, I would strongly recommend that you move to the AM335x Processor SDK RTOS package for your development of the NAND project.
There is a GPMC NAND example located at C:\ti\pdk_am335x_1_0_10\packages\MyExampleProjects\GPMC_Test_icev2AM335x_armExampleProject that you can use.

Note that the MyExampleProject directory will need to be generated and there is a video on how to do that here
