i am tried but its not working.. its working in sd card this settings only here sw5 differ from datasheet (SW2:11100000 sw3:10000001 and sw5:00101000).

so pls give solution nor flash switch settings

Hi,

The settings are 10101100 10000101 for SYSBOOT and 0100100000 for SW5.
Have you made the necessary board modifications as mentioned in section 6.1 of SBL user guide?

Hi,

Can you try nor_read_write app given here:PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_04_00_00\ti_components\drivers\pdk_01_10_00_08\packages\ti\csl\example\gpmc\nor_read_write.
Also were you able to flash successfully. Can you share the output log of NOR flash writer.

i try using qnx software.its booted base on SD card.but its not boot using NOR flash

Hi,

Do you have Processor SDK Vision?
If not can you download it from www.ti.com/.../PROCESSOR-SDK-TDAX and try as I have suggested above.

Hi,

There is a nor_read_write application here: PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_04_00_00\ti_components\drivers\pdk_01_10_00_08\packages\ti\csl\example\gpmc\nor_read_write.
Does that work for you?

HI,

i dont know how to check that application and also i dont have Pdk_01_10_00_08.

i have saterware path only

C:\VISION_SDK_02_12_00_00\ti_components\drivers\starterware_01_07_01_20\examples\nor\nor_read_write

but there is only .c and .h files .so please tell how to check this application

Hi,

Can you refer to docs folder in starterware package on how to build and run starterware examples.
You can run this example using CCS.
This will check if all the switch settings, board modifications are done properly and board is in a good state.

It will be an issue with board modifications most likely.

hi,

1) i checked all connection are checked all are correct only.its not showing manufacture name also when i try nor flashing

2) nor working board have LAN issue .everytime its connecting and disconnecting

1. This doesn't look like SW issue at all. You need to check using oscilloscope.
2. Can you provide more details on this.

Hi Kalai,

earlier in the thread you mentioned that you have one board working and one not working. This looks most likely as a hardware problem in the non working one (assuming you use same sw on both).
Can you check if all board modifications on the non working board are done correctly as described in SBL User guide.
