TMS320DM368: NAND ECC error addresses above 512

Hi TI DaVinci technical support team,

I have a question about DM368 NAND BOOT.

If ECC error address is above 512byte(which means spare area),
are there any hardware problem to ignore this ecc error?

In the following E2E, the community memeber are ignoring the ECC error of spare area
and the DM368 are booting from NAND successfully.
The member are ignoring the ECC error of spare area at software but I want to know
if there are any problem from the perspective of DM368 hardware.
