I have the same error, the nand bootloader stucks in a delay function.

I tried the solution posted but with no successful result.

Can someone help me?

Hi.

Mine still wasn't working after implementing the solution on this post:
e2e.ti.com/.../695484

I solved the problem by rebuilding all files on the bootloader.

if you don't know how to make clean to the bootloader project, another way to rebuild all files is build a file that all files depend on.
Make some simple modification to this file PDK_PACKAGE/ti/starterware/include/hw/hw_types.h, then just build the bootloader

gmake bootloader BUILDCFG=boot BOOTMODE=<BOOT_MODE> PLATFORM=<EVM> PROFILE=<BUILD_PROFILE> -s KW_BUILD=no
