My PCB board's SOC is AM5728, The system doesn't work when it's connected to the power supply.

I tried to connect to JTAG, but couldn't.

See Table 4-1 in the AM572x SR2.0 Datasheet Rev. E and also processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM57xx_Schematic_Checklist
Pin AC16 is the EXT_WAKEUP3 signal and must be connected to GND through an external pull resistor if unused.

When I try to connect to JTAG, I get the following error：

(Error -241 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
A security error has probably occurred.
Make sure your device is unlocked.

What is the reason for this?

Hi,

Looking at figure 5-2 of the AM5728 datasheet and note 14, it seems the device is indeed improperly powered. That is consistent with the JTAG error message you are seeing.

In this case, the hardware may be at fault.
