As per processor datasheet SRIO, PCIe and SGMII TX pins are outputs (Refer TMS_SRIO_PCIe_TX_SCH.jpg). But in tms320C6678_4_2_1_r1p5b.ibs IBS model
TX pins are considered as inputs (Refer TMS_SRIO_PCIe_TX.jpg).
Please clarify as this had been pending since a few months.
