AM3359: ADC maximum clock frequency

The ADC maximum clock frequency shown in Table 5-16 on AM335x datasheet (SPRS717K) is 3 MHz. On the other hand, it shown in Table 12-2 on TRM (SPRUH73P) is 24 MHz.

Should the ADC clock frequency be used at up to 3 MHz?
