I would like to confirm following point
*Previous thread discussion, AM5718 6layer through hole Via has no application note.
However, 1.5GHz frequency affect higher power consumption for 6layer.
*Do you have any idea to use 1.5GHz operation with 6 layers ?
If this is still difficult,
*Is this possible AM5718@1.5GHz 8layer with through hole Via (PTH via) ?
*According to this application note, maximum Via hole at 0.8mm pitch is 10mil.

If we would like to use 0.3mm (11.8mil) VIA size for 0.8mm pitch package, what kind of concern do you have ?
