We are kind of new to IWR1642 Radar system.

Do we need to have any RF analyzer to develop people count and traffic monitoring system? Or just DCA1000 is more than enough to develop any commercial product?

Generic development flow to define/implement the RF and DFE configuration for the specific application

You do not need RF analyzer etc for developing your application. The DCA1000 EVM allows you to capture raw ADC data which you can use for your algorithm development. You may need RF analyzers if you plan to work on antenna design and performance tuning but customers typically outsource these tasks to vendors specializing in antenna design.
