Hi all,

How can i find example project to "AM437x Starter Kit" ?

Only simple project for testing debug capability ?

Blink LED or UART echo with TI-RTOS

I examined following links. I tried to port these examples to AM437x Starter kit but i cannot.

Hi Mehmet,

You can create test projects for AM437x Starter Kit board following below guide:

software-dl.ti.com/.../index_overview.html

After running below command you will have AM437x Starter Kit example projects for QSPI, UART, MMCSD_DMA, MMCSD, MMCSD_FatFS, GPIO LED, EMAC, I2C, NIMU

host:~/ti/pdk_am437x_1_0_13/packages$ ./pdkProjectCreate.sh AM437x skAM437x little all all arm

Thank you Pavel,

I was able to create example projects, but as you guessed "Device is held in reset" .

I understand from links which you shared, it is about version differences.
Do I have to install older versions ?

Is there another way like updating include paths or another things ?

Mehmet,

All you need is to download and install ti-processor-sdk-rtos-am437x-evm-05.02.00.10-Linux-x86-Install.bin, if you are on Linux. The bin file will provide you all the components you need in the correct versions.

Pavel,

Already these are installed.

Error connecting to the target:

(Error-1266@0x0)

Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation.

(Emulation package 8.0.903.2)

I'm not changing anything in a example project, but i get this error ?

Seems to me that you are trying to connect to Cortex-M3 core. Please make sure you are connecting to Cortex-A9 core.
