There are a lot of power consumption margins and temperature margins for our product,
we want to remove LM10011.

Will it cause any problems?

Hi,

A smartreflex compliant circuitry must be used to source CVDD. CVDD will require its voltage using the VCNTL.
See Section 2.2.1 CVDD in the Hardware design guide (www.ti.com/.../sprabi2d.pdf ):
"That CVDD power supply must use a SmartReflex™-compliant circuit. SmartReflex is describedin Section2.2.1.1. This power supply circuit must initialize to a levelof 1.1 V and then adjust to the voltage requested by the SmartReflex circuit in the KeyStone I device."
