The first thing to try is to apply Errata Advisory 1.0.30 workaround. Also check that the crystal meets the AM335x datasheet requirements.

Errata Advisory 1.0.30 is target to improve noise immunity.

This board's problem is start-up time too long. we hope to get suggestion what factor to adjust to short the start-up time.
