Hi,

DDR3 of DM8168 processor is working at 1.5V level, Please let me know the logic (eg :CMOS, LVDS) of DDR3.

In the same way PCIe of DM8168 processor is also working at 1.5V level, Please let me know the logic (eg :CMOS,LVDS) of PCIe.

    DM816x DDR3 controller supports JEDEC standard-compliant DDR3 SDRAM chips, thus you need to check in JEDEC specification what logic is used. It seems to me that it is SSTL_15, but you need to confirm this with JEDEC spec.

    The DM816x PCIe peripheral conforms to the PCI Express Base 2.0 Specification. You need to check in this spec.
