TMS320DM6446: It is NRND, which new P/N can replace it ?

TMS320DM6446 is NRND on TI's web. which new P/N that is the same platform--DaVinci can replace it ? So that we can develop familiarly. it is better if the new device include

1. two channe parallel port video input

2. Digital video output, Analog video output

Another, TI's web suggest AM5728 to replace DM6446, IS the DSP based DaVinci platform ?

DM6446 has C64x+ DSP core and AM5728 has C66x DSP core which is an enhanced architecture.

C64x+ doesn't support floating point operation in hardware while C66x does both fixed point and floating point.
