Dear Sir,

Currently, We develop our product using 66AK2G12, And select the DDR3 parts.

The DDR3 is MT41K256M16TW-107. But the parts can not select in the K2 DDR3 Register Calc v1p60.xlsx.
So please tell us about how to set the Datasheet in the K2 DDR3 Register Calc v1p60.xlsx.

The MT41K256M16 125 can select, The parts is similar.
But the parameters is different.

There is an option named "User Defined", where you can set the parameters of your DDR3 device MT41K256M16TW-107.

By the way, Is the DDR3 Register Calc v1p60.xlsx. support the Speed Grade 1866 ?

We can not set the Speed Grade to 1866 .

So we set the Speed Grade is 1600.
Are there any affect to the register setting?

Hi,

I am not sure if there is a DDR3 Register Calc sheet for Speed Grade 1866. You should set the registers as per the maximum supported speed grade described in the datasheet. Also check Datasheet & TRM (DDR EMIF chapter) to see if your ddr chip is compliant with the ddr3 emif interface in terms of industry standard compliance, timings, etc.
