AM3352: Pinmux tool pin conflict

According to the snapshot as below, only assign MMC2 pin for example, if select V12 as MMC2_CLK, then J17(dat0), J18(dat1) report conflict. Is it a bug of the PINMUX tools, or there is limitation on those pin assignment? I see they simultaneously exist on MCASP_FSR and LCD_MCLK.
