AM3358: PCB layout guidelines

I have an application utilizing the AM3358BZCZA100. Processor occasionally crashes when running at 1GHz. The PCB layout is pretty well matched to the BBB reference design with the exception of the power distribution. It does not look like it should be an issue but I am suspecting it may be.

Can TI please provide PCB layout guidelines that identify the most critical aspects of the layout to achieve reliable 1GHz operation?

I would also like guidance on getting signal integrity analysis support on my PCB layout.

DDR layout guidelines can be found in section 7.7.2.3 of the AM335x Datasheet Rev. K.

It appears that VDD_MPU is critical to 1GHz operation and if this plane is not clean I found it necessary to boost the power to the maximum operation voltage, ~1.378V
